Loretta's commercial litigation practice often involves high technology and intellectual property cases, and Indian gaming law. She has handled trademark infringement and unfair competition cases for Ross Perot, the manufacturer of Red Stripe Beer and the builders of a casino planned in Monticello, New York, where she recently received a favorable decision.
