Jamie is an associate in the firm's Corporate Law Group with experience representing public and private companies engaged in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other commercial transactions. She also has experience representing public companies with their filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining Meltzer, Lippe, Jamie was an associate in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman Weinstein & Smith, LLP in New York where she specialized in corporate and securities law and reverse mergers.
Jamie graduated from Boston University, School of Management, cum laude, in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, where she was recognized as a University Scholar.
Jamie earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, cum laude, in 2005 where she was recognized as a Justice John Marshall Harlan Scholar and served as an Associate Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
Jamie is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
Jamie lives in Plainview with her husband Eric. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
