Naomi Maryles is an associate in Meltzer Lippe's Corporate Law Group. Naomi concentrates her practice in general corporate and securities law. She provides advice and counsel to a broad range of clients from well known large companies to entrepreneurial start-up ventures across many different industries with regard to general corporate matters, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, including PIPE transactions, and securities law matters.
Naomi received her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education from Yeshiva University-Stern College for Women, and graduated with the highest grade point average in her major. She attended New York University School of Law and was a teacher's assistant in the lawyering program. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Before joining Meltzer Lippe, Naomi worked at a large New York City law firm where she was an associate in the corporate group, a member of the firm's legal opinion committee and the firm's liaison to inMotion, a not-for-profit organization that represents low-income women, mainly in the areas of divorce and domestic issues.
Naomi lives in North Woodmere with her husband, Bini, and children, Avigayil, JJ and Orly. She is a member of the Young Leadership Cabinet of the Orthodox Union and serves on the board of directors of Long Island NCSY, a not-for-profit organization
