Rachel joined Meltzer Lippe in 2007 as an associate in the Estate Planning Group. Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Rachel was an associate in the Personal Planning departments of two major New York City law firms - Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP and Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Rachel concentrates her practice in sophisticated tax and estate planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, charities and tax-exempt organizations. She has experience drafting a wide variety of estate planning documents and facilitating all aspects of estate planning and administration.

Rachel is a summa cum laude graduate of Columbia University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Rachel earned her J.D. at Columbia Law School, where she was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was selected to serve as a Moot Court Student Editor.

Rachel lives in Woodmere with her sons, Eli and Nathaniel. She is a member of the Sisterhood of the Young Israel of Woodmere and is actively involved in community affairs.
