Kamini L. Fox joined Meltzer Lippe in 2008 as an associate in the Bankruptcy and Debtor/ Creditor Rights group. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the Bankruptcy and Debtor/ Creditor Rights group at another Long Island based firm, Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP.

Kamini gained extensive experience in bankruptcy law while working as an associate at Certilman Balin and for the Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, Richard J. McCord. Her legal experience includes Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. She has represented debtors, debtors-in-possession, creditors and the Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in bankruptcy litigation and adversary proceedings.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 1999, and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2002.

She is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Kamini lives in East Meadow, New York, with her husband and two daughters, Michaela and Emma. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
