There, he participated in planning estates for the heads of some of the largest corporations listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Along the way, he also earned an LL.M in Taxation from NYU Graduate Law School.
Today, Howard engages in estate planning for people in every walk of life, including farmers, song-writers, doctors, dentists, retirees, widows and widowers, corporate executives, closely-held business owners, real estate investors and operators, professors, teachers, clergy, heirs, accountants, and fellow lawyers, including the heads of several major law firms.
Howard's expertise also includes planning for pension and IRA distributions, and he has written and lectured extensively on this subject. He also has been involved in business succession planning and has developed unique ways of making estates legally vanish for estate tax purposes.
